Please arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment to change into spa attire and fill out any necessary information needed to provide you with the best service possible.

Cancellation Policy

If rescheduling or cancelling your appointment, we require 24 hours notice. Any cancellations after the required time may result in a charge of 50% of the price of the reserved treatment. If no notice is given, we will request a payment of the full price of the reserved treatment.
